Role Overview
As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Associate for Afternoon/Evening shifts (e.g., Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am), you'll rotate through dynamic roles in our fast-paced warehouse. Operate in a goal-driven setting with automated WMS systems, supporting PetSmart stores nationwide. No prior experience required—training provided for all equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick & pack products accurately into totes and pallets.
- Stock modules using cherry pickers and reach trucks.
- Unload trailers, scan inventory, and sort SKUs.
- Load trailers to maximize capacity and efficiency.
- Collaborate via headset/walkie-talkie in a team-focused environment.
Experience & Skills
We're seeking passionate individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Key traits: ability to lift 50lbs, bend/twist/reach, stand/walk 10-12 hours, and adapt to varying temperatures/noise. Comfort operating powered equipment (training provided). Passion for pets and growth mindset essential.
