Role Overview
As a Distribution Warehouse Associate, you'll rotate through dynamic roles like Picker & Packer, Stocker & Cherry Picker, Receiver & Unloader, and Loader. Work with automated warehouse management systems (WMS) in a high-volume facility supporting PetSmart stores nationwide. Full-time positions feature 3-4 day work weeks and opportunities for immediate impact and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products accurately into totes and onto conveyors for store delivery.
- Operate cherry pickers and stockers to place items in modules or reserve areas.
- Unload trailers, scan inventory, and sort pallets for replenishment.
- Load trailers efficiently to optimize capacity and ensure order accuracy.
- Follow safety protocols while handling powered equipment like reach trucks and dock stockers.
Experience & Skills
No prior warehouse experience required—full training provided. We're seeking passionate individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent, physical stamina to lift 50 pounds, bend, twist, and stand for 10-12 hours, and adaptability to varying temperatures/noise. Comfort with basic instructions via headset or walkie-talkie is key, plus eagerness to learn powered industrial equipment.
