Role Overview

As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Associate, you'll rotate through roles like Picker & Packer, Stocker & Cherry Picker, Receiver & Unloader, and Loader. Shifts include four 10-hour weekdays (e.g., 5am-3:30pm or 4pm-2:30am Mon-Thu) or three 12-hour weekends (Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm). Key Responsibilities

• Pick store-specific products from modules into totes and conveyors; pack and palletize larger items using automated WMS.
• Stock handpicked products into designated modules or reserve docks with cherry pickers.
• Unload trailers, scan products into inventory, sort mixed SKU pallets for replenishment.
• Load trailers with precision to maximize capacity and accuracy.
• Follow basic instructions via headset, walkie-talkie, oral, or written methods in a fast-paced team setting.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—we provide training on powered equipment like reach trucks, standups, dock stockers, and pushcarts. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, passion for pets/people, ability to lift 50 lbs, bend/twist/push/pull, and thrive in 10-12 hour shifts amid varying temperatures/noise. Comfort alternating standing, sitting, walking essential.
