Role Overview

As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Associate, you'll rotate through dynamic roles like Picker & Packer, Stocker & Cherry Picker, Receiver & Unloader, and Loader. Operate in a fast-paced, automated warehouse using WMS systems, ensuring accurate, efficient distribution to PetSmart stores nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick store-specific products from modules into totes or conveyors; pack and palletize larger items.
• Stock handpicked products into designated modules or reserve docks using cherry pickers.
• Unload trailers, scan products into inventory, and sort mixed SKU pallets for replenishment.
• Load trailers with precision to maximize capacity and accuracy.
• Adhere to safety protocols while handling powered equipment like reach trucks and dock stockers.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—we provide training! We're seeking passionate individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent, able to lift 50 pounds, bend/twist/push/pull, and thrive in 10-12 hour shifts amid varying temperatures and noise. Comfort with basic instructions via headset/walkie-talkie and eagerness to learn powered industrial equipment essential.
