Role Overview

As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Associate, you'll thrive in an energetic warehouse setting, rotating through roles like Picker & Packer, Stocker & Cherry Picker, Receiver & Unloader, and Loader. Shifts include four 10-hour weekdays (e.g., 5am-3:30pm or 4pm-2:30am Mon-Thu) or three 12-hour weekends (Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm), with differentials for select shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick store-specific products from modules into totes/conveyors and pack for pallets using automated WMS.
• Stock handpicked items into designated modules or reserve docks via cherry picker.
• Unload trailers, scan products into inventory, and sort mixed SKU pallets.
• Load trailers with precision to maximize capacity and accuracy.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced team, adapting to various temperatures, noise, and equipment.

Experience & Skills

Entry-level role welcoming passion for pets and people. Preferred: high school diploma. Required: ability to bend, twist, lift 50lbs, stand/walk 10-12 hours, follow instructions via headset/walkie, and operate equipment like reach trucks (training provided). Work in diverse conditions with a growth mindset.
