Role Overview

Work flexible shifts like Mon-Thu 5am-3:30pm, 4pm-2:30am, or Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm with differentials. Rotate through picker/packer, stocker/cherry picker, receiver/unloader, and loader roles in a dynamic warehouse environment using automated WMS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick store-specific products into totes and pack onto conveyors or pallets.
• Stock handpicked items into modules or docking locations using cherry pickers.
• Unload trailers, scan products into inventory, and sort pallets for replenishment.
• Load trailers accurately to maximize capacity and ensure delivery precision.
• Meet productivity goals to earn performance bonuses and team multipliers.

Experience & Skills

Entry-level opportunity requiring high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), physical stamina to lift 50lbs, bend/twist, and work 10-12 hour shifts in varying temperatures/noise. Passion for pets, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to train on equipment like reach trucks and dock stockers. No prior experience needed—we provide training.
