Role Overview

As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Associate on the Morning Shift, you'll rotate through dynamic roles like Picker & Packer, Stocker & Cherry Picker, Receiver & Unloader, and Loader. Work in a fast-paced warehouse using automated systems to ensure products reach PetSmart stores efficiently. No prior experience required—we provide training on equipment like reach trucks and dock stockers.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products accurately into totes and pallets for store delivery.
• Stock modules and reserve locations using cherry pickers.
• Unload trailers, scan inventory, and sort mixed SKU pallets.
• Load trailers to maximize capacity and accuracy.
• Maintain safety standards in varying temperatures and noise levels.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking passionate individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Key traits include physical stamina to lift 50lbs, bend, twist, and stand for 10-12 hours, plus eagerness to learn powered equipment. Basic instruction-following and teamwork are essential—no advanced experience needed.
