Role Overview
As a Distribution Warehouse Associate, you'll thrive in an energetic warehouse setting, rotating through roles like Picker & Packer, Stocker & Cherry Picker, Receiver & Unloader, and Loader. Leverage automated WMS systems and powered equipment (with full training provided) to ensure efficient product flow to PetSmart stores nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick store-specific items from modules into totes and conveyors; pack and palletize larger products.
- Stock handpicked goods into designated modules or reserve areas using cherry pickers.
- Unload trailers, scan products into inventory, and sort mixed SKU pallets.
- Load outbound trailers with precision to optimize capacity and accuracy.
- Maintain safety standards while operating reach trucks, standups, dock stockers, and pushcarts.
Experience & Skills
We're seeking pet lovers with a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), physical stamina to lift 50lbs, bend, twist, and stand for 10-12 hours, and eagerness to learn powered equipment. No prior experience required—passion for pets, reliability, and teamwork are key. Work comfortably in varying temperatures and noise.
