Role Overview
As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Associate on the Morning Shift, you'll rotate through dynamic roles in our state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities
- Operate as Picker & Packer: Select products via automated WMS, pack into totes/conveyors, palletize larger items.
- Stocker & Cherry Picker: Place products in modules or docks using powered equipment (training provided).
- Receiver & Unloader: Scan incoming inventory from trailers, sort mixed pallets for efficiency.
- Loader: Build accurate, capacity-optimized trailer loads.
- Maintain safety standards in varying temperatures/noise levels.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level opportunity requiring passion for pets/people, high school diploma preferred, physical stamina (lift 50lbs, bend/twist, 10-12hr shifts), and willingness to learn equipment like reach trucks/dock stockers. Basic instruction adherence and teamwork thrive here.

- Alternate between various warehouse roles in a fast-paced environment
