Role Overview
As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Associate on the Morning Shift (Monday-Thursday, 5am-3:30pm), you'll rotate through dynamic roles in our state-of-the-art facility. Leverage provided training on powered equipment like reach trucks and cherry pickers while working in a goal-driven culture that rewards productivity and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products accurately using automated Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Stock modules and reserve locations as a Stocker or Cherry Picker operator.
- Receive and unload trailers, scanning inventory and sorting pallets.
- Load trailers efficiently to maximize capacity and ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain high productivity to qualify for performance bonuses and team multipliers.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level opportunity ideal for motivated individuals. Preferred: high school diploma. Required: ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, twist, and stand for 10-12 hour shifts; comfort in varying temperatures/noise; eagerness to learn equipment operation. Passion for pets and growth mindset a plus.

- Unload trailers, scan inventory, and sort mixed SKU pallets
- Load trailers accurately to optimize capacity and ensure safety
