Role Overview
As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Associate on the Morning Shift (Monday-Thursday, 5am-3:30pm), you'll thrive in a fast-paced warehouse, rotating through roles like picker, packer, stocker, receiver, and loader. Enjoy 4-day work weeks, shift differentials, and tools for career advancement in pet retail logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick store-specific products from modules into totes and conveyors using automated WMS.
- Pack larger items onto pallets and stock into designated locations with cherry pickers.
- Unload trailers, scan products into inventory, and sort mixed SKU pallets.
- Load trailers accurately to maximize capacity and efficiency.
- Collaborate in a team setting, adapting to various temperatures, noise levels, and 10-hour shifts.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), passion for pets, and physical ability to bend, lift 50 lbs, and operate equipment like reach trucks (training provided). Ideal for motivated individuals comfortable with standing/walking long shifts and basic procedures.
