Role Overview
As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Associate on weekends, you'll rotate through key roles like Picker/Packer, Stocker/Cherry Picker, Receiver/Unloader, and Loader. Operate in a fast-paced, automated warehouse using WMS systems, with training provided for powered equipment. Thrive in 12-hour shifts with physical demands and opportunities for performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick store-specific products from modules into totes and conveyors; pack and palletize larger items.
- Stock handpicked products into designated modules or reserve areas using cherry pickers.
- Unload trailers, scan products into inventory, sort mixed SKU pallets for replenishment.
- Load trailers with precision to maximize capacity and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain safety standards, adapt to varying temperatures/noise, and collaborate with team for efficiency.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role ideal for motivated individuals. Preferred: high school diploma. Required: ability to lift 50 lbs, bend/twist/push/pull, stand/walk 10-12 hours, and learn equipment like reach trucks. Passion for pets, basic instruction-following, and growth mindset essential. No prior experience needed—training provided.
