Role Overview
As a Distribution Warehouse Associate on the Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday, 5am-5:30pm) in Phoenix, AZ, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, rotating through roles like picker, packer, stocker, receiver, and loader. Full-time position with training on powered equipment and automated systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick store-specific products from modules into totes and conveyors; pack and palletize larger items.
- Stock handpicked products into designated modules or reserve locations using cherry pickers.
- Unload trailers, scan products into inventory, and sort mixed SKU pallets for replenishment.
- Load trailers with precision to maximize capacity and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate in an energetic team, adapting to various warehouse tasks across 12-hour shifts.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role welcoming passion for pets and people. Preferred: high school diploma. Required: ability to lift 50 lbs, bend/twist/push/pull, stand/walk 10-12 hours, operate equipment (training provided), and work in varying temperatures/noise. Basic instruction-following and growth mindset essential.
