Role Overview
As a Distribution Warehouse Custodian, you'll ensure our facility remains clean, safe, and operational, enabling seamless product flow to pet parents. Shifts include four 10-hour weekdays (e.g., 5am-3:30pm or 4pm-2:30am Mon-Thu) or three 12-hour weekends (Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm). Varying schedules support work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, equipment, and storage areas to maintain safety.
- Remove debris, spills, and hazards to support associate productivity.
- Operate powered equipment like reach trucks, standups, dock stockers, and pushcarts (training provided).
- Work in diverse temperatures and noise levels, alternating standing/walking for 10-12 hours.
- Lift, bend, twist, push/pull up to 50 pounds to keep operations reliable.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role seeking passion for pets, high school diploma preferred, and physical capability. Apply basic instructions via oral, written, headset, or walkie-talkie. No prior experience required—training ensures success.
