Role Overview
As a Distribution Warehouse Custodian, you'll play a vital role in keeping our Phoenix facility clean, safe, and efficient. This entry-level position supports seamless operations by ensuring optimal conditions for associates and product flow, enabling accuracy and productivity across teams. Shifts include four 10-hour weekdays (e.g., Mon-Thu 5am-3:30pm or 4pm-2:30am) or three 12-hour weekends (Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm), with potential differentials.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain warehouse floors, equipment, restrooms, and common areas
- Remove trash, spills, and hazards to uphold safety standards
- Sanitize storage and work zones for product integrity
- Operate pushcarts and basic equipment safely after training
- Support overall facility reliability for efficient distribution
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—we provide training. We're seeking passionate individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), ability to lift 50lbs, stand/walk 10-12 hours, and work in varying temperatures/noise. Basic instruction-following, physical stamina, and equipment operation aptitude are key. Passion for pets and growth mindset preferred.

- Willingness to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, or weekends (experience)
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of distribution warehouse facilities
- Clean and sanitize work areas, floors, equipment, and storage spaces
- Remove trash, debris, and hazards to ensure safe operations
- Support productivity by enabling reliable product storage and movement
- Operate pushcarts and basic mechanical equipment following safety training
