Role Overview
As a Distribution Warehouse Custodian, you'll play a vital role in keeping our Reno facility clean, safe, and efficient. Your work enables seamless operations, ensuring products reach pet parents quickly while supporting team productivity and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse building
- Ensure safety standards for associates and product handling
- Operate powered equipment like reach trucks and pushcarts after training
- Follow instructions via written, oral, headset, or walkie-talkie
- Support overall distribution center efficiency
Experience & Skills
We're seeking passionate individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Key requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking 10-12 hours, working in varied temperatures/noise, and basic procedure adherence. No prior experience needed—training provided. Ideal candidates love pets, people, and growth.
Benefits
