Role Overview
As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Forklift Operator (Reach Truck Driver), you'll operate in a fast-paced warehouse supporting PetSmart's retail network. Choose from four 10-hour weekday shifts or three 12-hour weekend shifts, with examples like Mon-Thu 5am-3:30pm or Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm. Enjoy team bonuses, referral rewards up to $2000, and career pathing in a supportive pack.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up reach truck to replenish pallets from reserve to primary pick locations or dock lanes.
- Consolidate pallets using Fork Interleaving (FIN) at active areas.
- Resolve routine issues; escalate non-routine problems for guidance.
- Work 10-12 hour shifts in varied temperatures/noise, lifting up to 50lbs.
- Safely use equipment like reach trucks, stand-ups, dock stockers, and pushcarts (training provided).
Experience & Skills
We're seeking passionate individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Key traits: physical stamina for bending, twisting, pushing/pulling/carrying; comfort with long shifts; ability to follow instructions via headset/walkie-talkie; eagerness to learn powered equipment. Passion for pets and growth mindset required—no prior forklift experience needed with our training.
