Role Overview
As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Forklift Operator (Reach Truck Driver), you'll operate in a fast-paced warehouse supporting PetSmart's retail network. Shifts include four 10-hour weekdays (e.g., 5am-3:30pm or 4pm-2:30am Mon-Thu) or three 12-hour weekends (Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm). Enjoy weekly pay, team bonuses, and referral rewards up to $2000 plus paid time off.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up reach truck to replenish pallets from reserve to primary pick locations or dock lanes.
- Consolidate pallets using Fork Interleaving (FIN) at active areas.
- Resolve routine issues; escalate non-routine problems for guidance.
- Work safely with equipment like dock stockers and pushcarts in varying temperatures.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level friendly with training provided. Passion for pets preferred. Need high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50lbs, endure 10-12 hour shifts alternating positions, and follow instructions via headset. Comfort with noise, temperatures, and physical demands essential.

- Basic instruction following and response to standard requests (experience)
