Role Overview
As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Forklift Operator (Reach Truck Driver), you'll thrive in a dynamic warehouse setting. Operate powered equipment to keep operations smooth across 10-12 hour shifts, including mornings, afternoons/overnight, or weekends. Passion for pets and people fuels success here.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up reach truck to replenish pallets from reserve to primary pick locations or dock lanes.
- Consolidate pallets using Fork Interleaving (FIN) as needed.
- Resolve routine problems; escalate non-routine issues for guidance.
- Work flexibly in various temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level friendly with training provided. Seek candidates with high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50lbs, stand/walk/sit for full shifts, and comfort operating equipment like reach trucks. Passion for growth, basic instruction adherence, and team communication via headset essential.
