Role Overview

As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Forklift Operator (Reach Truck Driver), you'll operate powered equipment in a fast-paced warehouse, handling pallet movements and supporting seamless operations. Shifts include four 10-hour weekdays (e.g., 5am-3:30pm or 4pm-2:30am Mon-Thu) or three 12-hour weekends (Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm), with shift differentials. PetSmart provides training on all equipment and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach truck to replenish pallets from reserve to primary pick locations or dock lanes.
• Consolidate pallets at active locations using Fork Interleaving (FIN).
• Resolve routine problems; escalate non-routine issues for guidance.
• Work flexibly across 10-12 hour shifts in varying temperatures and noise.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking passionate individuals with a desire to grow. Preferred: high school diploma or equivalent. Key traits include physical stamina to lift 50lbs, bend/twist/push/pull/carry, and comfort with extended standing/walking/sitting. Follow basic instructions via written, oral, headset, or walkie-talkie. No prior experience required—training provided for reach trucks, stand-ups, dock stockers, and pushcarts.
