Role Overview
As Distribution Warehouse Maintenance Manager, you'll lead maintenance operations in our high-volume supply chain facility supporting pet products distribution. Work across units like order fill, replenishment, and fish warehouse, ensuring equipment reliability for seamless operations. Full-time role with flexible shifts: Mon-Thu 5am-3:30pm, 4pm-2:30am, or Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a maintenance tech supervisor overseeing technicians and senior techs.
- Drive performance management, talent development, and on-time, budgeted task completion.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs to maintain a safe, productive environment.
- Prioritize support across all distribution areas with efficient task management.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems swiftly.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership on maintenance status and issues.
Experience & Skills
We seek passionate individuals with pet and people enthusiasm. Preferred: high school diploma. Essential: physical ability to lift 50lbs, endure 10-12 hour shifts in varying temperatures/noise, operate equipment like reach trucks (training provided), and thrive in fast-paced settings. Technical expertise in troubleshooting machinery, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing required.
