Role Overview

As Distribution Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead maintenance efforts in our high-volume supply chain, working across units like order fill, replenishment, or fish warehouse. Ensure equipment reliability in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing safety, cleanliness, and productivity on 10-12 hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance techs and senior techs.
• Manage performance, talent development, and assignments within budget and timelines.
• Provide DC-wide support, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and repairs on equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facilities systems.
• Communicate effectively with senior managers.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking passionate individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent. Key traits include physical stamina to lift 50 pounds, bend, twist, and operate equipment like reach trucks (training provided). Thrive in varying temperatures, noise, and dynamic priorities.
