Role Overview

As a Distribution Warehouse Maintenance Technician, you'll take ownership of all building equipment, ensuring minimal downtime in our fast-paced warehouse. Work collaboratively in various temperatures, prioritizing safety and efficiency while supporting pet product distribution nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate building issues and problem-solve with the maintenance team.
• Respond rapidly to equipment calls or incidents.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repair parts.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facilities systems.
• Provide prioritized maintenance across the distribution center.
• Uphold strict OSHA safety standards.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking passionate individuals with a desire to grow. Preferred: high school diploma. Essential: ability to lift 50lbs, endure 10-12 hour shifts alternating standing/walking, operate equipment like reach trucks (training provided), and follow instructions via headset. Working knowledge of maintenance systems a plus; passion for pets and people required.
