Role Overview

As a Distribution Warehouse Maintenance Technician, you'll own equipment upkeep in our fast-paced facility, troubleshooting issues to ensure zero downtime. Work with a collaborative maintenance team, prioritizing safety while handling HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facilities tasks. Full-time role with flexible shifts: Mon-Thu 5am-3:30pm, 4pm-2:30am, or Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate building issues and problem-solve with the team
• Respond rapidly to equipment calls minimizing disruptions
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
• Support all DC areas with efficient task prioritization
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols

Experience & Skills

High school diploma preferred. Need ability to lift 50lbs, stand/walk 10-12 hours, operate reach trucks/standups (training provided), and work in varied temperatures/noise. Passion for pets, quick troubleshooting, and following instructions via headset essential. No advanced experience required—ideal for entry-level technicians eager to grow.
