Role Overview

As a Distribution Warehouse Maintenance Technician, you'll take ownership of all building equipment, ensuring minimal downtime in a fast-paced warehouse. Work with a collaborative maintenance team, prioritizing safety and efficiency while handling diverse facilities tasks in varying temperatures and noise levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and problem-solve building issues alongside the maintenance team.
• Respond rapidly to equipment calls or incidents to minimize operational downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and repair parts as required.
• Troubleshoot machine problems with knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facilities maintenance.
• Provide prioritized maintenance support across all distribution center areas.
• Emphasize safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking passionate individuals with a desire to grow. Preferred: high school diploma or equivalent. Must bend, twist, lift 50+ pounds, and handle 10-12 hour shifts alternating standing, sitting, walking. Comfortable operating powered equipment like reach trucks after training. Basic instruction-following via headset or walkie-talkie required.
