Role Overview

As a Distribution Warehouse Maintenance Technician, you'll take ownership of all equipment in our fast-paced warehouse, ensuring minimal downtime through quick responses and expert repairs. This full-time role offers growth opportunities, performance bonuses up to 10% quarterly, and a passion for pets-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and problem-solve building issues alongside the maintenance team.
• Respond rapidly to equipment calls or incidents to minimize operational downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and repair parts as required.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing, and overall facilities.
• Prioritize and provide maintenance support across all distribution center areas.
• Uphold strict safety protocols and OSHA standards.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking passionate individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent. Key skills include troubleshooting machinery, working knowledge of HVAC/electrical/plumbing, and physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk 10-12 hours, and operate equipment like reach trucks (training provided). Thrive in varied temperatures/noise and follow instructions via headset.
