Role Overview

As a Distribution Warehouse Material Handler, you'll ensure efficient operations by organizing materials, processing salvage returns, and managing recyclables. Operate specialized equipment like Reach Trucks and Dock Stockers in a fast-paced warehouse dedicated to delivering pet products quickly and accurately. Full-time shifts include four 10-hour weekdays or three 12-hour weekends, with examples like Mon-Thu 5am-3:30pm or Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

Material Organization

• Operate Reach Truck to gather, move, and stack pallets.
• Use Dock Stocker to unload, sort, and track store salvage returns.
• Unload and position reusable pallets for order fulfillment.

Material Recycling

• Move and stack recyclables efficiently.
• Clear corrugate, plastic, and debris from containers, bins, and docks to prevent overflow.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking passionate individuals with a love for pets and people. Preferred: high school diploma or equivalent. Must bend, twist, lift 50lbs, and handle 10-12 hour shifts alternating standing/walking. Comfortable with powered equipment (training provided), varying temperatures, and following instructions via headset or walkie-talkie. No prior experience required—grow with us!
