Role Overview

As a Distribution Warehouse Material Handler, you'll ensure efficient operations by organizing materials, handling pallets, and managing recyclables. Full-time shifts include four 10-hour weekdays (e.g., Mon-Thu 5am-3:30pm or 4pm-2:30am) or three 12-hour weekends (Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm), with differentials for select shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck to gather, move, and stack pallets for smooth workflow.
• Use Dock Stocker to unload, sort, and track store salvage returns.
• Unload and position reusable pallets for order fulfillment.
• Stack recyclables and clear corrugate, plastic, and debris from bins, docks, and containers.
• Support team in maintaining quality and organization across the facility.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking enthusiastic team players with a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Key traits include physical stamina to lift 50 pounds, bend, twist, and work 10-12 hour shifts in varying temperatures/noise. No prior experience required—training provided for Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and other equipment. Must follow instructions via headset or walkie-talkie and commit to safety standards.
