Role Overview

As a Distribution Warehouse Material Handler, you'll ensure quality and organization of materials in our fast-paced Reno facility. Support operations with material organization and recycling tasks using specialized equipment like Reach Trucks and Dock Stockers. Full-time shifts include four 10-hour weekdays or three 12-hour weekends, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck to gather, move, and stack pallets for smooth operations.
• Use Dock Stocker to unload, sort, and track store salvage returns.
• Unload and prepare reusable pallets for order fill processing.
• Move and stack recyclables efficiently.
• Clear corrugate, plastic, and debris from containers, bins, docks, and receptacles.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking passionate individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Key traits include ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, twist, and work 10-12 hour shifts alternating standing/walking. Comfort with powered equipment (training provided), following instructions via headset, and thriving in varied temperatures/noise levels. Passion for pets and growth mindset required.
