Role Overview
As Distribution Warehouse Operations Manager in Bethel, Pennsylvania, you'll be an integral part of the supply chain leadership team. Work across areas like order fill, replenishment, services, or fish warehouse. Lead with a behavior-based performance culture in a fast-paced environment with 10-12 hour shifts on 3-4 day work weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Operations Supervisors managing teams of up to 30 associates.
- Oversee daily DC planning, operations, and workload balancing to hit production goals.
- Drive talent development using performance tools and resources.
- Communicate goals, recognition, and focus areas effectively.
- Use data analytics and software to optimize operations and solve issues.
- Coach on safety, policies, and manage interviewing/selection.
Experience & Skills
We're seeking passionate leaders with 4-6 years of experience. High school diploma preferred. Must handle physical demands: lift 50lbs, operate equipment like reach trucks (training provided), work in varied temperatures/noise, and adapt to quick priority changes. Strong communication and adaptability in dynamic settings required.
