Role Overview

As a Distribution Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll be an integral part of our supply chain leadership team, working across areas like order fill, replenishment, services, or fish warehouse. Lead in a behavior-based performance culture, driving daily operations in a fast-paced, 10-12 hour shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Supervisors managing teams of up to 30 associates.
• Oversee planning, organizing, and execution of distribution center operations.
• Balance workloads to meet production and delivery goals.
• Communicate daily goals, provide recognition, and highlight focus areas.
• Coach teams on policies, safety, and performance in dynamic environments.
• Manage talent through interviewing, selection, and development.
• Leverage software, data, and analytics to optimize operations and track metrics.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking leaders with 4-6 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and passion for pets and people. Must handle physical demands like lifting 50 pounds, operating equipment (with training), and thriving in varying temperatures/noise. Comfortable with quick-changing priorities and using performance tools.
