Role Overview
As a Distribution Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll be an integral part of our supply chain leadership team, working across areas like order fill, replenishment, services, or fish warehouse. Lead with passion in a behavior-based performance culture, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead DC Operations Supervisors managing teams of up to 30 associates.
- Oversee daily planning, organizing, and operations to meet production goals.
- Balance workloads, communicate goals, and utilize data analytics for optimization.
- Coach teams on safety, policies, and performance; manage talent through hiring and development.
- Adapt to changing priorities while ensuring effective cross-business communication.
Experience & Skills
We're seeking leaders with 4-6 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and physical capability to lift 50 pounds, operate equipment like reach trucks, and work 10-12 hour shifts in varying conditions. Passion for pets, strong analytical skills, and comfort in dynamic settings are essential.
