Role Overview

As Distribution Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll be a key member of the supply chain leadership team, rotating through areas like order fill, replenishment, services, or fish warehouse. Lead with agility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, driving operational excellence and team success on 10-12 hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Supervisors overseeing teams of up to 30 associates in a behavior-based performance culture.
• Oversee daily DC planning, operations, and workload balancing to meet production and delivery goals.
• Drive talent development using performance tools, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Communicate goals, recognition, and priorities to teams and senior leaders.
• Leverage software, data, and analytics to optimize operations and resolve issues proactively.
• Coach on safety, policies, and standards in varying temperatures and noise levels.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking leaders with 4-6 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and physical capability to lift 50 pounds, operate equipment like reach trucks (with training), and handle long shifts. Passion for pets, strong communication, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making are essential. Comfort with fast-paced changes and team leadership required.
