Role Overview

The Distribution Warehouse Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in our supply chain leadership team, overseeing critical functions like order fill, replenishment, shipping, or receiving. This full-time position features four 10-hour weekday shifts or three 12-hour weekend shifts, ensuring work-life balance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams of up to 30 associates to foster a behavior-based performance culture.
• Oversee daily planning, operations, and workload balancing to achieve production goals.
• Communicate goals, recognition, and priorities effectively across business levels.
• Utilize software, data, and analytics to optimize efficiency and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, policies, and secure operations.

Experience & Skills

We seek candidates with 2-4 years of distribution or warehouse leadership experience, a passion for pets and people, and the ability to thrive in dynamic settings. A high school diploma is preferred. Must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, operating equipment like reach trucks (with training provided), and working 10-12 hour shifts in varying temperatures and noise levels. Strong talent management, communication, and adaptability skills are essential.
