Role Overview

As a Distribution Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you'll lead operations in our high-volume Ennis facility, managing teams across order fill, replenishment, shipping, or receiving. Work 10-hour weekday shifts or 12-hour weekend options in a fast-paced setting committed to safety, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead up to 30 associates in a behavior-based performance culture, providing coaching for safe and efficient operations.
• Oversee daily planning, organizing, and execution of distribution functions.
• Balance workloads to hit production and delivery goals while communicating priorities effectively.
• Drive talent management through interviewing, selection, and development.
• Leverage data analytics and software to optimize metrics and solve challenges.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking passionate leaders with 2-4 years of warehouse or distribution experience. High school diploma preferred. Must handle physical demands like lifting 50 lbs, operating equipment (reach trucks, standups with training), and thriving in varying temperatures/noise. Strong communication, adaptability, and safety focus required.
