Role Overview

The Distribution Warehouse Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in our supply chain leadership team. Based in Groveport, Ohio, you'll oversee critical functions like order fill, replenishment, shipping, or receiving. This full-time position offers flexible shifts: four 10-hour weekdays or three 12-hour weekends, in a fast-paced warehouse setting with temperatures and noise variations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams of up to 30 associates in a behavior-based performance culture.
• Oversee daily planning, operations, and workload balancing to hit production goals.
• Communicate goals, recognition, and priorities effectively across business levels.
• Drive safety standards, policy adherence, and talent management through hiring and development.
• Leverage software, data, and analytics to optimize efficiency and proactively solve challenges.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking leaders with 2-4 years of distribution or warehouse experience, a passion for pets and people, and the ability to thrive in changing environments. A high school diploma is preferred. Must handle physical demands: lifting 50lbs, operating equipment like reach trucks (with training), and standing/walking 10-12 hours. Strong communication via headset/walkie-talkie is essential.
