Role Overview

As a Distribution Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Newnan, Georgia, you'll be part of the supply chain leadership team, managing teams in order fill, replenishment, shipping, or receiving. This full-time role involves 10-12 hour shifts in a fast-paced environment, leading up to 30 associates to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams in a behavior-based performance culture.
• Oversee daily planning, organizing, and execution of warehouse functions.
• Balance workloads to achieve production and delivery goals.
• Communicate goals, recognition, and priorities effectively.
• Use software, data, and analytics to optimize operations and solve issues.
• Manage talent through interviewing, selection, and development.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking passionate individuals with 2-4 years of distribution or warehouse leadership experience. A high school diploma is preferred. Candidates must handle physical demands like lifting 50 pounds, operating equipment (reach trucks, standups), and working in varying temperatures. Strong communication, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making are essential.
