Role Overview
As a Distribution Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you'll be an integral part of the supply chain team, leading operations in areas like order fill, replenishment, shipping, or receiving. This full-time role demands strong leadership in a fast-paced environment, overseeing daily planning and execution to drive efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead up to 30 associates in a behavior-based performance culture.
- Provide coaching for safe, secure, efficient operations.
- Balance workloads to achieve production and delivery goals.
- Communicate daily goals, recognition, and priorities effectively.
- Use data analytics and software to optimize metrics and solve issues.
- Manage talent via interviewing, selection, and development.
Experience & Skills
We're seeking passionate leaders with 2-4 years in warehouse/distribution supervision. High school diploma preferred. Must handle 10-12 hour shifts, lift 50lbs, operate equipment like reach trucks (training provided), and thrive in varying temperatures/noise. Strong communication, adaptability, and analytics skills required.
