Role Overview

As a Distribution Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you'll lead as an integral part of our supply chain leadership team, managing teams in high-volume areas like order fill, replenishment, shipping, or receiving. Work 10-12 hour shifts on day, night, or weekends in a fast-paced Reno facility, driving safe, efficient operations while balancing workloads to hit production and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead up to 30 associates in a behavior-based performance culture, providing coaching for safety and efficiency.
• Oversee daily planning and operations across distribution functions.
• Communicate goals, recognition, and priorities effectively, including 2 levels up and across the business.
• Use software, data, and analytics to track metrics, optimize processes, and proactively solve issues.
• Manage talent through interviewing, selection, and development in a changing environment.

Experience & Skills

We're seeking passionate leaders with 2-4 years of distribution/warehouse experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and physical ability to lift 50lbs, operate equipment like reach trucks (with training), and thrive in varying temperatures/noise for long shifts. Key traits: adaptability, strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and love for pets/people.
