Role Overview

The Assistant Store Leader supports day-to-day management of retail locations, focusing on customer experience, staff development, store marketing, and operations. This full-time role requires nights and weekends, blending nutritional consultation with leadership to create a positive, inclusive environment for teams, customers, and pets.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance customer service and engagement to build lasting relationships.
• Develop and train staff, fostering team mentality and B-Corp mission alignment.
• Support operations including scheduling, inventory, reporting, and merchandising.
• Champion sustainability in store practices and community initiatives.
• Partner with Store Leader on hiring, training, and performance growth.

Experience & Skills

Seeking hard-working candidates with 4+ years related experience (2+ in pet industry preferred), a passion for natural products, and a can-do attitude. Must excel in multitasking, problem-solving, customer service, and creating positive culture in dynamic retail settings.

Benefits
