Role Overview

As an hourly Operations Coordinator (40 hours/week) at our Boulder retail store, you'll serve as Shift Leader and Replenishment Coordinator, ensuring accurate inventory, pricing, and store success. Assist the Store Manager while dedicating 50% of time to nutritional consultations. Some nights/weekends required in this dynamic role blending operations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and stock daily orders promptly.
• Conduct cycle counts, maintain pricing accuracy, and report precisely.
• Liaise with Replenishment Team on inventory and special needs.
• Drive sustainability goals for year-over-year improvements in environment, employees, and community.
• Deliver expert nutritional advice to pet parents.

Experience & Skills

Seeking energetic candidates with 2+ years retail experience, outstanding customer service, and MS Office skills. Excel at multitasking, team partnering (e.g., merchandising/purchasing), and thriving in fast-paced settings. A can-do attitude, love for natural products, and interest in pet retail/e-commerce careers are ideal.
