Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Acworth, Georgia store, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services.
- Greet pet parents, handle reservations, check-in/out procedures.
- Maintain safe environments, respond to sick/injured pets with vet transport.
- Recommend health/wellness solutions and sell merchandise.
- Uphold store cleanliness and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
Required
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Strong organization, attention to detail/safety.
- Excellent communication skills.
Physical Demands
Stand/walk extensively, lift 50lbs frequently (team lift 100lbs+), work in wet/hairy environments with moderate-high noise and live animals.
