Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Addison, Texas store, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a dynamic retail environment, with opportunities to advance in pet grooming and retail leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
• Handle check-in/out, greet pet parents, answer questions, and manage reservations.
• Recommend health/wellness products and ensure a safe environment for pets, associates, and customers.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays. Proficiency in computers, composure under pressure, and excellent communication are essential. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a wet, pet-filled environment.
