Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Aliso Viejo, CA location, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend wellness solutions, and contribute to store operations in a fast-paced pet retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per company standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Ensure safe environment; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring pet handling comfort, customer service skills, and physical stamina (lift 50+ lbs). Need computer proficiency, pressure-handling ability, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Exposure to wet environments, pet hair, and moderate noise expected.
