Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold PetSmart's vision by ensuring pet safety, recommending solutions, and maintaining a clean environment. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Greet pet parents, handle reservations, check-in/out procedures.
- Identify sick/injured pets and arrange vet transport.
- Recommend health/wellness products and maintain salon/store cleanliness.
- Assist other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a pet-filled environment.
