Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Alvin, Texas location, you'll engage pet parents and their furry companions, delivering top-tier bathing services while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in pet care, customer service, and salon operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full menu of bath, brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services per company standards.
• Handle check-in/out, greet pet parents, answer questions, and manage reservations.
• Ensure pet safety, respond to sick/injured pets, and transport to vet if needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, recommend products/services, and assist other departments.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, computer proficiency, and excellent communication. Physical demands include lifting up to 50lbs, standing, and working in a wet, pet-filled environment.
