Role Overview

Our Professional Pet Bathers deliver exceptional salon services, ensuring positive experiences for pets and pet parents. This entry-level role involves bathing, brushing, nail trims, and more, while upholding safety standards, recommending solutions, and maintaining cleanliness. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is key in this dynamic pet retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full grooming services per company standards.
• Handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
• Ensure safe environments; respond to sick/injured pets.
• Sell merchandise/services and assist other departments.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required – we'll train you! Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, composure under pressure, organizational skills, strong communication, and physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for shifts, and work in wet/noisy pet environments. Passion for animals is a must.
