Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Ancaster, Ontario location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a dynamic retail setting, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend wellness solutions, ensure pet safety.
- Assist other departments and follow company policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling comfort, customer service skills, organizational prowess, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet/noisy environments with animals.
