Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Arden, NC location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. This entry-level role emphasizes positive pet experiences, safety, and store standards, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations in-person or by phone.
- Maintain safe environments, respond to sick/injured pets, and recommend wellness solutions.
- Uphold store cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and excellent communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, stooping in a wet, pet-hair-filled environment with moderate noise.
