Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Athens Georgia location you'll deliver exceptional salon services while ensuring pet safety and parent satisfaction. This entry-level role involves hands-on pet care customer interaction and maintaining a clean welcoming environment. Thrive in a fast-paced pet-focused setting with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full menu of bath brush nail trim teeth brushing and sanitary services per standards.
- Handle pet parent interactions check-ins check-outs reservations and sales.
- Ensure safe environment for pets associates and customers respond to injuries immediately.
- Maintain store cleanliness recommend health solutions and sell merchandise.
- Assist other departments and follow all company policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but pet passion is key. Must have computer proficiency strong communication organizational skills and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50lbs frequently team lifting 100lbs standing walking and exposure to wet noisy pet environments. Flexible availability evenings weekends holidays essential.
